There are two ways in how you can determine the best fit for you.
CIRCUMFERENCE & INTERNAL DIAMETER
Have a ring that fits already? Measure the internal diameter of that ring, and choose wisely on the closest fit in (MM) above.
Want to make sure the fit is right? Take a tape measurer and wrap around desired finger and chose your perfect fit in (MM) above.
