What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST.

Orders

What if I input the wrong address on my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet please reach out to us as soon as possible at amelitajewelry@gmail.com so we can adjust any modifications to your shipping address. 

*Please note; once the package is shipped and out of our facility, we are not responsible for any addresses that are input inaccurately. 

Can I make changes to my orders? 

Due to our efforts of fulfilling your order as accurately and quickly as possible, unfortunately, we are unable make any changes to your order. 

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once your order is placed please allow 2-3 days of fulfillment. 

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.

When can I expect to receive my order once it is placed?

For standard shipping please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

*Please understand it is beyond our control for any packages that are showing a delay in tracking as it is out of our facility and in transit with the carrier. 

What are your shipping fees?

US standard shipping is free for orders over $50, for orders under $50 there is a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99. International flat rate shipping fee is $9.99.

Do you ship internationally?

YES we do!

What do I do if my tracking says delivered but I did not receive my package?

We apologize for any inconvenience, please email us as soon as possible at amelitajewelry@gmail.com. We can file a claim with the shipping carrier. *Please note this process can take about 8-10 business days to resolve.  

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of jewelry being worn. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, all sales are final. 

What if I receive my item damaged?

We assure our products are carefully inspected before shipping. For any reason you are not satisfied with your item please reach out to us at amelitajewelry@gmail.com within 14 days and we will be glad to help you exchange your item.

Materials & Product Care

What materials are your products made of?

We work with our suppliers to only produce 925 Sterling Silver pieces made with: 14k & 18k Gold plating with an extra layer of tarnish resistance, Rhodium plating, and Cubic Zirconia stones.  

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

With respective care and following the jewelry care guide provided with every order, your jewelry should not tarnish or fade.
